Broke Back Mountain...Why??

Listen, this post is NOT about homosexuality! It is more of a fact finding curiosity posting. With all the hoopla surrounding this movie, I have, what I think is a fair question. And the question is:Unless you are gay, why would you go to see "Broke Back Mountain"? Now granted, if this movie was about 2 women, we know that the straight guys would be there in full force

As I said, this is not about the gay lifestyle, or, a put down on it. I simply want to know why straights would go to this movie.

    i'm not gay but i went to brokeback. it was a good story. the short story was better, though.
    but you don't need to be black to like barbershop. it helps,sure, but a good story is a good story.
