Okay, here we are at Wk 8 of the 2006 NFL season. Last week was an improvement over the previous week, but, it was still not typical. We were 6-7 last week. For the season so far, we are 66-35 straight up and 53-48 against the spread. Lets see what we can bag this week.
@Tenn 3 Houston: 2 losers, however, I'll take Houston(L)
@Eagles 7 Jaguars: Eagles need a bounce and are home, take 'em(L)
@Cincy 3 1/2 Atlanta: Tough call, I'm taking Falcons(W)
@NY Giants 9 Tampa Bay: Giants home, go NY(W)
@Chicago 16 S.F: Lot of points, but, it;s Da Bears, get 'em(W)
@Packers 4 Arizona: Go Brett and Crew(W)
@KC 6 Seahawks: Different QB for Seattle, take KC(W)
@Saints 2 Balt: Saints should cover this(L)
@San Diego 10 St. Louis: Go Chargers(W)
Steelers 9 @Oakland: What Pitts team shows up? Take 'em(L)
@Cleveland 2 Jets: Take the Jets(L)
@Denver 3 Colts: Colts strong offense rolls(W)
@Carolina 5 1/2 Dallas: Panthers are home, Dallas is a mess. Carolina(L)

So, week 8 is in the bag and we went 7-7 both ways. That puts us at 73-42 straight up and 60-55 against the spread for the season. Week 9 coming up!
