Earth Day Earth Places YOU Should See While YOU Can

As this years Earth Day celebration comes upon us, I thought it might be a good time to do a list of some of Earth's endangered places that are more than worth seeing. However, as a recent article in USA TODAY pointed out, "you need to see these places while YOU can". I am not going to get into the reasons for these places being on the endangered list, I will provide YOU with the links to sites where YOU can get info and check these places out for yourself.

1) Bosson Glacier, Chamonix, France:

2) South Africa Lion Habitat, South Africa:

3) Monteverde Cloud Forest, Costa Rica:

4) The Everglades, South Florida:

5) Mount Killimanjaro, Tanzania: tanzaniaparks.com/kili.htm

6) Taj Mahal, Agra, India: tajmahalagra.com

7) Hudson Bay Polar Bear Habitat, Churchill, Manitoba, Canada: pc.gc.ca/pn-np/mb/wapusk/index_e.asp

8) Great Barrier Reef, Australia: Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority :: Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Aut

These are but a few of Earth's outstanding treasures that everyone should behold. As previously stated though, many of these such places are fading and passing away due to various influences. If YOU plan on seeing any of these up close and personal, "YOU might want to "get busy".
